What Does this abdominal Ultrasound Result Mean?
sir im 24 year old since 2months i have suffered from typhoid fever later i under gone abdominal us scanning and impression was hepatomegaly+ parenchymal texture and LFT was normal i dont have drinking habit and HBSag test was negative and no jaundice im worried and not able to sleep at night please suggest me a way
